Is anybody out there?

To be honest, I'm floundering here.

I still don't know where to go or who to turn to but I have no doubt there must be plenty of people out there that have experienced the same thing and managed to get back on ebay.

My own research

Wow, there really is a lack of information on the topic of ebay suspensions. It's certainly not something that has been researched and written about extensively.

From what I can gather from the web and the few people I've managed to speak to about an ebay suspension is that you need to remove ALL traces of your account. Not sure yet if this has to ebay AND paypal or just ebay.

If I create a new ebay account with all different personal details and I clear my cookies but then use the same paypal account will I be suspended from ebay again?

I've seen a book at www.ebay-suspension.co.uk and posted a link up as a reminder for myself to look at it again. Haven't decided yet whether it's worth $10 or is just a scam. If anyone has read it please let me know or even if you can recommend a good book or article. Just something to point me in the right direction.

I'm soooo tempted to just jump back in to ebay and hope for the best, but I really want to do this properly.

Damn Ebay to Hell

Okay, I've just received word from Ebay that my account has been suspended. For what I ask? Why does this shit happen to me?

I'm not a shill bidder and I'm a very conscientious member of the ebay community but holy mary they went and suspended me for selling a a picture of a nazi POW camp. Its a harrowing scene that serves as a stark reminder of what happened back then.

I admit, its not something I would like on my wall but thats why I was trying to sell it. I picked it up at a boot sale and thought somebody out there might like it. Does that make me a Nazi??

Ebay can stick their billions of dollars up their ass!!
